I built a mock panel out of thin plywood and included a shelf behind the panel. I then mounted the G3X panel, and proceeded to wire some things up. The GDU 460 (Display), GEA 24 (Engine/Airframe LRU), GAD 27 (Flap/Electronic LRU), GSU 25 (AHRS LRU) and GMU 11 (Magenometer LRU) are all wired. All LRUs are communicating on their backup RS-232 interfaces right now except for the GMU 11, which only has CAN BUS. I did make a single CAN BUS network connecting the GDU 460 and GMU 11. It works and has 0% Network Error :-)
